Really terrible product. Bought a Denver 5 drawer unit. Followed all instructions carefully. Some of the screws supplied were too short for the job so had to buy No More Nails to glue the top of the unit on. Complained to customer services - who you can’t contact by phone, only email - who very nicely refunded me £25. A couple of days later the base came apart when I gently closed a drawer. I got the glue out again, and complained again. I was asked if the glue had ‘resolved the issue’ to which I replied that yes, it had glued the parts together for the time being. They thanked me for letting them know and I’ve never heard from them again, so I guess they think £225 for an item that’s clearly complete crap and I’ll be needing to periodically glue together myself until the whole thing falls apart is a reasonable deal. Pay attention to the similar reviews on here. I wish I had.

Ordered the Denver wardrobe. Poor quality, not as described. Supposed to be solid pine, but only a pine frame with ply wood inserts.
Poor instructions, holes missing, parts painted on the wrong side.

Recently ordered a 3 piece set , has many parts missing however they are not willing to help just saying that there can't possibly be that many missing and I must be wrong !!

Ordered a window seat from here, said it would be dispatched within 24 hours with expected delivery a couple days later - It arrived at my door within 2 days. Very impressed with the service.

Product I ordered was fantastic value but also well made. Solid wood apart from back panels. Managed to make it on my own, instructions were really clear and easy to follow.

I was surprisingly impressed. I wasn't expecting the quality of the wood and the look of the furniture because of such a low price.
The parcels arrived swiftly and safely with all items contained.
The furniture once completed from easy ully instructed flat pack has a higher quality look then was initially expected.
Very pleased with all 4 items I purchased and would definately recommend for those on a lower income.

I ordered a 6 cube shelf storage unit plus fabric cubes on 16/12/22. Website looked good, lots of choice and it was easy to navigate, order and pay via PayPal.
I received confirmation of the order immediately and a despatch notice for the full order the next day. Fantastic, the cubes arrived a few days later, BUT… no storage shelves. Where were they? ….I had no commS, nothing. So after a week (26/12) I started emailing and have only had ‘holding’ email responses back so far. So I have a partial order filled that is useless on its own and no comms to let me know what is going on. I’m so disappointed at the moment as the item looked perfect for me. It was a great start but the ending isn’t looking good… I will update soon.
Update: got there in the end… the item was received yesterday (13/1/23) and I am so pleased with it. It was well packed and all good in the end..

Tried to order a coffee table am I to assume that you no longer class the north east of Scotland as part of the uk your automatic response is sorry there are no couriers available for your delivery country. !!!!!. Well last time I checked I do still live in the UK

Be warned, this company tries very hard to remove all negative reviews. Please avoid buying from them. Awful quality items and service.

Waiting for my refund. Gave 3 stars not 1 because customer service have been pretty good. Unfortunately there is no way to speak in person but email. Right pain. Allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Update.I did get my refund, but taken over 10 days.

The desk fit perfectly in the place my daughter wanted it in her bedroom. Easy enough for one person to fit together imo. Daughter liked it, however both the underside (which wouldn't be a major issue) and the topside of the desktop was scuffed and scratched all over

Good selection of products that are competitively priced despatched and delivery in good time . Not put the product together yet as a gift so hopefully all will be well hence the four stars and not five.
